The "subscribe box" is a special HTML form that is created in the Poppulo system. It can be placed in emails, in our back pages or hosted externally.

It allows subscribers to opt in or out, and to update their preferences.

Opt-outs from subscribers via a subscribe box are called "subscriber opt-outs". Such opt-outs are strongly enforced in our system. Please see our subscriber overview for more information about this.
